About Lashawn

I started my journey of life on the West Coast in Los Angeles California where I was born and raised. As a 16 year old young man, I took on my very first job at McDonald's, where I eventually worked my way through the ranks to General Manager. I was a GM for a total of eight years with McDonald's until Starbucks Coffee Company recruited me as a General Manager and Hiring Ambassador. I also trained new recruits for the position of General Manager while at Starbucks. After a few other management gigs, I entered the Financial Services Profession where I held the following licenses for New York Life: Life insurance, Health Insurance, Securities Series 6 and Series 63 licenses. While working for New York Life I was awarded the Career Life Success award and the Career Life Producer award for outstanding sales. I married with my first wife in 1998 and stayed married for 17 years. During my first marriage I started up 3 businesses. A daycare, a music recording studio and a photography business. I also bought my first home where I raised our two kids who are both mixed with Guatemalan and African American. They are both fluent in Spanish and English as am I. After my divorce, I moved across the Country to Upstate New York where I remarried in 2015 and started up a real estate business with my wife. While in New York I became a Banker for a large bank based in Buffalo New York. As a Banker I have had the opportunity of assisting customers with account management and credit management. For this reason I currently still hold an Accident, Health and Life insurance license and is a Public Notary Official for New York State. I have authored one book and I am currently working on my second during my spare time.
I have studied with the Institute For Life Coach Training and trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, but the most valuable training I have received is life itself. I am honest and reliable while remaining down to earth and easy to talk with. All of my training and experience enables me to better connect with my clients in several areas of their life. My unique diverse experiences helped prepare me for my current role as a Life Coach. I pride myself on being a great listener with wonderful communication skills. Managing teams as large as 175 people has accelerated my learning as it pertains to how people think and operate. This enables me to connect and work well with all personality types. However, if the fit isn't right, I am not afraid to end the relationship out of the best interest of both parties.

About Patrick

I am a business professional with over 40 years of experience in corporate America, making me an ideal life coach for those looking to scale the corporate ladder. I have spent the last 20+ years working in middle/upper management positions for some of the biggest corporations in America. I have overseen hundreds of employees in roles such as Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Business Consultant, Operations Supervisor, Training Manager, and General Manager to name a few. During my time working as a corporate leader, I have mentored and coached thousands of individuals of all age groups, genders, ethnicity and backgrounds. During this same time period, I have learned how to guide individuals through periods of tough transitions such as divorce, retirement and career changes. I have experienced some of the aforementioned myself so I have first hand knowledge to draw from which helps me to be the best coach possible for my clients. I am easy to talk with and take great pride in my attention to the smallest of details.
I was married for 17 years and divorced after my three children grew into fine adults, all college graduates. One is a Doctor and has her MD in Pediatrics, the other has a Masters Degree in Business with an undergrad degree in Cybersecurity. And the third has a degree in Psychology. Raising adults in this day in age is not easy but I was able to find success with my children and can also offer plenty of help in this area.
